Manufactured from polished, low-maintenance 316L stainless steel, the Sport wheel is offered in 34cm and 39cm diameters. The rim has finger grips and is ergonomically sized to reduce hand strain for a comfortable driving experience. Three 3mm thick spokes provide a 22° dish and taper gradually for a classic appearance without sacrificing strength. The wheel is so rugged, it exceeds ABYC P-22 and ISO 8848 standards.
The Sport is available with a matching SS centre cap and Schmitt Marine’s stainless steel glass ball-bearing Control Knob. Without the knob, the wheel has a stylish black centre cap and three styling holes, and is also offered with either a 22° or flatter 10° dish.
Perfect for OEM and refit use, the Sport Steering Wheel has a standard 19mm tapered shaft. With a lifetime warranty, it’s ideal for ski and wake boats, dual and centre consoles, RIBs, and second helm stations on large sportfish and cruising yachts. A larger 45.7cm Heavy Duty model is also available.
