Ocean Alliance Launches Innovative Charter Experience Platform

Australian superyacht charter firm, Ocean Alliance, has introduced the Charter Experience Hub, an interactive online platform to transform the charter planning process.

The Charter Experience Hub centralises all aspects of the charter planning process, reducing reliance on cumbersome email exchanges and ensuring seamless communication between brokers, charterers, captains, and crew. Real-time updates and live documents minimise the risk of miscommunication, keeping all parties informed and reducing arduous back-and-forth communication.

A bespoke video series created by Ocean Alliance features throughout the platform to guide clients. In this series, a range of yachting experts share their insights into how to get the most out of your charter experience. Particularly for new charter clients, this provides a fun and engaging way to better understand each different aspect of a charter and the roles of the crew members onboard.
