There was a good turnout by volunteers, supporters and invited guests at Goolwa recently as the Victor Harbor/Goolwa Sea Rescue Squadron officially welcomed their new rescue vessel VH50 into service.
Built in SA by Nautic Star Marine and to be housed at the Squadron’s Goolwa facility, the 7.6 metre twin outboard powered purpose designed vessel is fitted with the latest in navigation and safety equipment, and will provide a boost to the operational capability of the Squadron and community safety.
Well done to all involved in bringing the project to fruition.
