NEW BERTHING AND HAULOUT AGREEMENTS WEBINAR

25 July 2024, 2:00pm AEST

New berthing and haulout agreement templates have been drafted by our legal partner McInnes Wilson Lawyers for MIA & BIA members to use and customise for their own marinas.

It has been several years since these have been reviewed and the new templates provide a sound base and consider new laws, risks and issues. They are templates that marinas should review to ensure appropriateness for their operations.

Tim Smith from McInnes Wilson Lawyers will provide an overview of the new documents and draw out the key terms that marina operators need to be aware of.

Access to the documents will be provided to all who register for the webinar and it is recommended that to get the most out of the webinar that you review them before attending the session. The opportunity to submit questions ahead of the webinar will also be provided.
