Finally, the Italia Yachts 43 Veloce is in the water.
With the first much-awaited motor unit, walk-around, the shipyard celebrates its entry into the world of motor yachts, giving life to a new line.
“The idea was born from the need to offer our customers the opportunity to choose a motor yacht with the same stylistic features that distinguish our sail series, with a classic and modern line, recognisable at first glance. With that mix of style, technology, innovation, encapsulated in an elegant form, to express the maximum of Made in Italy,” says Daniele De Tullio, CEO of Italia Yachts.
The IY43 veloce is entirely built at the Fano Shipyard, it has just completed technical tests for testing, lasting over a month, and the first unit is in the water at Cala de’ Medici, while the next units will soon depart for the United States, the Netherlands, France, and the Philippines.
An interesting fact: the first units will be launched with all the different engine options provided, inboard Stern Drive Yanmar 2 x 380 hp, D6 IPS 600 2 X 440 hp, D6 IPS 650 2 X 480 hp, and outboard Mercury Verado 3 X 300 hp and 3X 400 hp.
The first interested owners can see the IY43 veloce at Cala de’ Medici at Ocean Freedom right away, and soon also in Annapolis at David Walter Yachts, in the Netherlands at More2Sea, in Villeneuve-Loubet (Fra) at Sailing Stream, and in Manila at Recreation Powersports.
The official presentation of the IY43 veloce, by Italia Yachts, will be at the next Genoa Boat Show, on September 19th at 1745 hours at the Italia Yachts stand. It couldn’t be any different for a shipyard that prides itself on having the name Italia in its brand and boasting production, from design to finished product, entirely Made in Italy.
