Now you can control and monitor your Riviera remotely

Imagine being able to monitor and control your yacht’s systems from the palm of your hand before heading out on the water. From your office, home, the airport…just about anywhere.

The systems on a Riviera can be set and activated before boarding

Riviera continues to enhance the ease of boating through the adoption of proven technology across the expansive 24 model range of luxury motor yachts

Riviera’s continual commitment to delivering a world-class luxury boating experience is now further elevated with the inclusion of Siren Marine’s real-time remote yacht monitoring system as a key feature of all new Riviera models.

The home page will allow you to monitor all your crucial information with the touch of a finger virtually anywhere in the world.

Take advantage of the ability to monitor systems with detailed historic data capture

The Geo-fencing feature, a virtual circle around the boat, raises an alarm if the boat moves outside the circle and the owner is also notified.

This user-friendly and seamlessly integrated system draws data from the yacht’s CZone and engine monitoring systems, allowing Riviera owners to stay connected to their yachts in real time via an easy-to-understand APP on a tablet or smartphone.

Battery charge, fuel and water levels can be checked. Lights, fridges, air conditioning systems, navigation systems and stabiliser systems can be activated. Sensors can also be attached to hatches to ensure they are closed before setting out, or providing an alert if a hatch is opened without authority. This time-saving system means the yacht is ready to leave the dock as soon as the owner and their guests step aboard.

After extensive analysis by the Riviera design and technology teams, the inclusion of this remote yacht monitoring security system will provide Riviera owners with even greater peace of mind and additional control.

Easily and remotely monitor the GPS location/position (including geo-fence alarm), house battery voltage, saloon motion detector and ambient temperature, bilge pumps, and water and other tank levels.

“It aligns with Riviera’s philosophy of using technology that is user friendly and allows our owners to enjoy an even better boating experience.” - Andy Clayton Electrical and Systems Manager, Riviera

“Siren enables our owners to monitor their yachts wherever they are. Providing they have cell phone coverage they can see the status of their boat, ensuring it is secure and not been moved without their knowledge. Its seamless integration with the engine manufacturer and the CZone boat management technology makes it a very powerful addition to Riviera’s existing boating systems,” says Andy Clayton, Riviera’s Electrical and Systems Manager.

“It’s a multi-faceted system that gives our owners both monitoring and security with 24/7 support. Many of our owners live in one state and travel to their boat in another. This gives them a constant source of comfort to know that the batteries are charged, everything is switched off and that the boat is stationary,” he adds.

It also provides security alerts including “geo-fencing” and internal movement alerts. Geo-fencing is a virtual circle around the boat. An alarm is raised if the boat moves outside the circle and the owner is also notified if a shore power cable is suddenly disconnected, which can endanger the batteries.

A third party such as a Riviera dealer or Marina Manager can also be added to the system if an owner wishes to allow access to those closest to the yacht to manage any issues that arise. This is particularly convenient when an owner is away and wants a watchful eye kept on their yacht.
