The final preparations are being made to the Marinas22 International Conference and Trade Exhibition kicking off this Sunday night with the City of Gold Coast Welcome Function held aboard YOT Club – the Gold Coast’s premium superyacht floating venue.
Marina Industries Association President Andrew Chapman said, “With all the challenges that Covid has brought preparing for this conference, we are delighted we will surpass attendance from previous years. We are pleased to announce that Marinas22 will maintain its position as the largest Marina Industry conference in the world.”
MIA CEO Suzanne Davies commented, “We are excited to welcome delegates from across Australia and our international guests to hear from a great line up of speakers that will deliver relevant, timely and thought-provoking content designed to inspire delegates to capitalise on the strength of the industry”.
With over 40 industry suppliers exhibiting at the event, the exhibition component of Marinas22 will provide delegates with the most efficient and cost-effective way to meet suppliers face to face. The list of exhibitors can be found at www.marinas22.com.
The Marina Industries Association’s key biennial event, originally planned as Marinas21 was postponed by a year and will now be held at the newly refurbished JW Marriott Gold Coast, 23-24 May 2022.
The Marinas22 program will incorporate plenty of time for delegates to network. In addition to the extended breaks where delegates can meet with the exhibitors, three social events provide time for industry to reunite old friendships, make new connections and celebrate the growing success of the industry.
